This place has went downhill since Dr. Williams left. I had to find my kids a different doctor's office. This doctor was not as friendly with the children as the Dr. Williams. She treats it as a job instead of a passion.
The office opens at 9:00 am... On Mondays. I started calling at 9:15... No answer kept going to answering service. Both numbers for both locations. Got a live person at 10:15. Sharon.. Who was nice ask for my reason of calling.. Placed me on hold without taking my name are daughter name... Phone disconnect after holding 5 mins... Call back to no answer... This is unprofessional at an all time high.
