They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
