They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.
