I worked here for a very brief time and her behavior towards her front office assistant is unprofessional. In the short amount of time I was there I saw her reprimand and embarrass her front office lady, and rude to some of her elderly patients as they were trying to speak to her on the way out. I saw one patient that actually came in to bring in her Do Not Resesitate order, and Dr Yang cut her off and by saying “ I ‘m Busy”. patients private information all over her front office non disposed
She is very interested in having you make an appt. for the following week, even if it does not seem to be needed. Twice, I was told "We can do that next time", even though there was no reason we could not do what I requested during the current appt. I was overbilled a small amount and asked for a refund, but have not received one.
Seemed more interested in making money off of frequency of visits than helping me. Would not refill routine prescriptions or go over blood work without me coming back in. terrible communication. I am left hundreds out of pocket and without my meds due to this unprofessional practice.
Despite being told my both Medicare and Cigna that Dr. Yang overcharged me $378.00 (going back to January 2017), Dr. Yang has yet (as of July 8, 2017) to respond to my request for reimbursement of the overcharged amount. In fact, there has not been any correspondence concerning this matter from her or her staff. Extremely unprofessional.
I've been a patient of Dr. Yang since 2010. I've recommended her to several friends and family members. She is the first doctor I've had in my nearly 50 years that has not just shown me bloodwork reports, but talked to me about supplements, how much, which type, etc. I also like that I am able to schedule appointments online. If I don't feel well at night, then I am able to go online and check for appointment availability for the next day. I do not have to wait until the next day to call in.
Dr Yang is a great listener. She focuses on the root problem rather than just treating my symptoms. I love that she offers alternative treatments.
