I have been bringing my daughters to Dr. Helen for over 10 years and never had an issue until now. I have been calling for FOUR Freaking weeks now to receive my daughters' medical records. Still no luck! The agents are giving me the run around and no direct answers. SOOOOO ANNOYING-
The worse experience ever!! My appointments were always at 9am. I never left until after 1 pm just waiting to see the doctor. When I finally saw her it was for all of 5 mins. Ms Helen always apologize for taking so long but she did it every time. The last time I went to her she never even listened to my heart or back she just sat there trying to justify having me wait so long. I happily to know my doctor she is everything in a doctor that work with you all the time I had a broken leg and I was in the office and the nurses help to the back room and talk to me about my care ,I love the staff there,they do have a heart
This was the most ridiculous WAIT TIME ever my apple was at 12:30 and at 3:02 I have still not been seen. She needs additional help someone who can schedule her patients for success. This is unreasonable in this day and age to ever wait that long to see a DR.
She is a Dr who shows she cares about her patients health. She doesn't rush and take time to listen to her patients concerns.
