Extremely disappointed in my ongoing experience with this Optometrist and the neighboring Visionworks. I am 100% that my prescription is incorrect, and the optometrist pushed me off to having the Visionworks side “troubleshoot” the glasses instead. I have now been issued two pairs of glasses that I obviously have not been able to adapt to. My husband went yesterday to see her (Dr. Knisley) at Visionworks & Associates after trying to book an appointment at the VA Hospital where he receives treatment as a Retired Navy Seal, with No success. The nearest appointment was late September. And thanks to Dr. Helen Knisley he solved his vision problems. We highly recommend this optometrist and Visionworks. They are following all the CDC regulations for Covid19. Excellent service.
Dr. Knisley is very professional. she and the staff are very thoughtful and kind.
