I have been a patient of Dr. Trans for several years now. I have had root canal, fillings and braces done at her office. I'm very pleased at how friendly and helpful the staff have been. Also, Dr. Tran is very thorough in explaining what needs to be done with my dental treatment.
I have had numerous treatment from Dr. Helen Tran from root canals to implants with crowns. I will scope Dr. Tran as 4 stars across the board. If something wasn't perfect, I wouldn't return again and again for 10 years. I recommend her highly.
Dr. Tran has performed root canals, fillings, extractions, deep cleaning, and crown preparation, temporary crown construction and final installation and fitting for me. Family members agree she does crowns better than any other dentist who has served them. I had been served by many local dentists who seemed to be primarily in the dental trade for the money. Dr Tran is very patient and explained every procedure. Have had several cleanings, fillings replaced and a root canal. She explains every procedure and what to expect.
Went in for a routine cleaning, was told that I should get resin on my tooth to repair some kind of crack or something on a tooth. I asked if it was covered in my insurance. They didn't give me a direct answer, but instead came back with what my totally would be if I went through with the procedure. She treated me well. The clinic is very up-to-date. Personnel are pleasant.
Dr. Tran did not explain the procedure at all, and mis quoted what my portion would be after insurance. Staff is not friendly, and the environment is not what you would expect from a dental office. Overall experience is very poor.
