Dr. Shea always took the time to listen and validate our concerns. She wasn’t quick to medicate, but really took the time to understand our individual case.
Dr. Shea is very thorough, listens to any concerns that we may have. Very friendly!
My daughter was anemic, and Dr. Shea didn't even bother to mention it, or treat it. Instead, she treated her with growth hormone injections. The worst experience ever.
Dr. Shea is genuine and caring and willing to take the time to really understand her patients and how best to help them.
Excellent care and service at every visit
Endocrine Associates of Dallas is an excellent place. Dr Heidi Shea is extremely knowledgable and answers any and all questions I have concerning my health. Sarah is extremely professional and very down to earth. She is very easy to talk to and genuinely cares. And Val is wonderful ! She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. I love the team and I am so happy I am in the care of such an amazing staff!
I just wish the secretary's in the front and back were a little more personable.
