Dr. Woo was extremely judgmental. She was rude and had this sarcasm laugh about everything I was saying. She made me feel bad about myself as a mother. She prejudged everything even before I had the chance to answer her ques. After caring for my child over the last 5 years she was treating me like an unfit mom as if I didn't have a clue to what I was doing. Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Does not give enough care for the Patients.This doctor does not have patience to sit and talk with parents concern with the child. Been visiting this doctor from January 2006 till July 2011 have the same kind of concern. Not very satisfied with this doctor and most of the doctors in UCLA. We Pay one of the best insurance with blue cross blue shield.It is waste we pay money and still not satisfied with most of the doctors. My Suggestion for this doctor Should treat all patient equaly.
