Very kind physician but after one-plus year of treatments, very little progress for teen acne. Also, impossible to schedule appointments with the office or immediate non-acne skin-related issues.
Because I have fair skin I’ve seen quite a few dermatologist over the years and I have to say Dr. Kwak is my favorite. I’ve had two surgeries by her so far. I was extremely anxious about them and she has a way of making you feel totally comfortable. She made sure to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed. Her assistant is great as well! I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable dermatologist.
