I would say I only trust Dr. Thole with my health as kid she is one of best doctors for children. Once I have kids some day I hope her office will be able to accept my children as she helped me when I was a kid this doctor was always on track and knew what symptoms I had from 2009 I would or 2010 I started seeing Dr. Thole since I was 6 years old I could never forget being afraid of shots and overcoming my fear of them she helped significantly.

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The manager and staff were rude and unprofessional. We went in for a follow-up appointment for my baby, who had a fever and was diagnosed with rosacea, requiring us to reschedule the vaccines. I was initially told the copay for the vaccine appointment would be $15. At the appointment, I emphasized the importance of only administering the school-required vaccines. If you are a new parent and attempting to bring your first newborn here keep looking. We were having a good experience up until he got his first fever. They provided us an incorrect dosage of meds based on our child’s weight over a month prior. Us being new parents had no idea that’s how you find your dosage amount. We ended up in the hospital that night for 5 hours with a 104 fever. Now we have a $1800 er bill and I have been trying for 2 months to get a response from these guys on how they plan to assist us with this and g... read more
