Dr Shute has taken care of me for many years. He and his staff have been very friendly and professional the whole time. I thank the staff personally.

Receptionist hung up on me because apparently I was "difficult to hear on the call". Rather than being patient or asking me to repeat etc. She couldn't hear me... but I sure heard the click! Rude and unprofessional.
Dr. Emily Hertel looked after this old man get his eyesight back to near perfect and for that I forever grateful. Being on pension only, life is difficult to manage and it's taken me a year to finally be able to save enough to see again. Dr. Emily and her great assistants helped find me a package I could afford and met my needs. Highly recommend this professional and personal guidance and conclusion. Thank you Emily and staff :)
Doctor is lovely. But one of the receptionists is horrible. I was late for an appointment for which I had already called in to warn them about and apologized profusely over the phone. There were extenuating circumstances at work and I couldn’t just leave! I drove like mad and managed to get there just 5 mins late. The receptionist (not the one I had chatted to on the phone on my way in) decided to make me stand and wait as she leisurely flipped through a file. I don’t think she was even actually reading.
