Dr. Emily Hertel looked after this old man get his eyesight back to near perfect and for that I forever grateful. Being on pension only, life is difficult to manage and it's taken me a year to finally be able to save enough to see again. Dr. Emily and her great assistants helped find me a package I could afford and met my needs. Highly recommend this professional and personal guidance and conclusion. Thank you Emily and staff :)
Doctor is lovely. But one of the receptionists is horrible. I was late for an appointment for which I had already called in to warn them about and apologized profusely over the phone. There were extenuating circumstances at work and I couldn’t just leave! I drove like mad and managed to get there just 5 mins late. The receptionist (not the one I had chatted to on the phone on my way in) decided to make me stand and wait as she leisurely flipped through a file. I don’t think she was even actually reading. Dr. Traynor and the all the staff were incredible with my young children and helpful through the whole process. I highly recommend this office if you want a friendly experience and patient staff. Easy five stars from me!
I saw Dr. Emily Hertel. She thoroughly answered all my questions and took very good care of me. Stephanie was also excellent. I am very impressed and would 100% recommend.
