The appointment reminder system this office uses is good. You get a confirmation email a few days ahead of time and then a text the day before. The entire staff is always happy (even enthusiastic) to explain to me the basic chemistry and mechanics of what goes on in the mouth. This adds a level of "why" to what they're doing during the appointment and to the routines they recommend for my own at-home care. I really, really appreciate this.
