Great doctor!
Professional office. Very reassuring & knowledgeable. Dr. Franks made me feel @ ease the minute he walked into room. I know he could sense I was afraid. He took time to answer all my questions. I never felt he was in a rush. He stayed with me after the procedure, talking till I was reassured everything was ok. Professional, reassuring, excellent!
Oh I see. You only print the positive reviews. My experience with this doctor was not positive. I filled out a survey yesterday on 7/6/17 but it was not put up here. The public needs to know the good and the bad about these doctors. I paid this Hayden franks $50 for nothing. He rushed into the room told my spots look good and rushed back out. I didn't have time to ask a single question. Please people, don't take these complaints so lightly.
Had two moles removed by Dr. Frank's and he made it quick and easy!
Took care of my son's plantar warts. They were very painful and embedded. Dr. Frank's did a great job treating it assertively and with the least amount of pain possible.
