We’ve been coming to Dr Franks for several years now. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They always make you feel welcome and give us the a time and attention that we need.
It’s clear he knows all about skin but more than that! He takes his time and provides excellent advice!
Dr Franks has treated me for about 23 years with conservative treatment and attentive compassionate treatment.
Dr. Franks is an outstanding dermatologist who genuinely cares about his patients. Through my own time as a patient and accompanying my late father on his visits to Dr. Franks, my perspective on him goes back almost 20 years. All procedures I have had have been explained well as to both treatment and recovery.
Really knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about my spots I had on my body. Highly recommended
He spoke with us about 5 minutes. Barely looked at my daughter's skin and said she had severe acne. She does not have many areas. Glanced at her back and said it was deep acne. She has 2 moles on her back which I think his mistook for acne. Then pulled the front of her shirt out and looked down her shirt. So unprofessional and so devastating for a young girl. Said the only option was oral antibiotics and a cream. Daily antibiotics long term are not good for you. When I questioned if we could start with a cream only he scoffe... read more
Great! I have gone to this office for a little over a year. Every time I go, staff is effective in how they execute their job so I can get all questions answered, any necessary prescriptions, and get out the door in a timely fashion. I always know that the staff here won't leave me sitting in the waiting room or exam room for very long before I am taken care of. Dr Franks is very to the point and never leaves a question or concern unaddressed. It is rare that you can find a doctor who both speedy and thorough.

I have seen Dr. Franks for almost 20 years. He is an excellent diagnostician and a well thought-out treating physician. I continue to recommend him to everyone who needs a great dermatologist.
