I began seeing Dr. Boutis in 2025 and was initially very satisfied with the quality of his dental work. Unfortunately, my experiences with the front desk staff have made it extremely difficult to continue as a patient. On multiple occasions, I encountered unprofessional and discourteous communication when trying to schedule appointments. My fiance and I both love Dr. Boutis and his staff. He is extremely honest and truly cares for his patients. While pregnant, he treated me and took precautions, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My fiancé was previously seeing a different dentist who told him he needed 5k worth of work done. Dr Boutis treated him for 1 cavity. He is honest and not just looking to charge you for unnecessary work. His staff is wonderful at explaining insurance and costs. Everyone here is always very pleasant.
