The above reviews are not real. For 1 Dr. Dhaliwal is a female. 2 the secretary is very kind, never an attitude or anything even if she is overwhelmed. Dr. Dhaliwal is a kind and compassionate person, she asks questions and is attentive and she truly cares for her patients. They only complaints I know of is every once in awhile the appts run behind. But the only reason for that is because she is caring and will take in too many people at once... That's kindness NOT anything but.

The front desk woman was horrendous over the phone and treated me like dirt. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible customer service and I never even got far enough for an appt. with the doctor. He should know how his secretary treats people over the phone.
DR. Dhaliwal is Not Friendly. He doesn't listen or willingly answer questions or concerns. He doesn't make much eye contact. As he sits in front of his computer, staring at that. He will mumble or speak quietly, not looking at you. If you want more info, he doesn't want to. Your concerns are a waste of his time. Only his concerns matter. He is the DR and knows all. I decided to start bringing someone with me. I'm glad I did. I would Never recommend him.
