Dr. Harlan Sparer gives very precise manipulations in a 3D space which is rare if not unique. His adjustments are so gentle and I can barely feel them, but the effects and benefit can be felt the next day. No whipping motion at all. I would recommend him to anyone who desires or requires a non forceful adjustment.
I have been seeing the typical pop and crack chiropractors for about 4 years now. Everytime they would twist me and pop my back, a week later my back would go out and I would spend weeks in constant pain. Dr. Harlan has seen me 4 times and I am out of pain. Dr Sparer and DNFT has changed my life. He is caring and very knowledgeable. Since working with him I have come off Fentanyl , vicodin and Lyrica. Because of this technique I am usually pain free if I listen to my boundries. Well worth scheduling an appointment!
