Dr. Multani seems committed to finding solutions for patients. In my experience he doesn't want us to rely completely on medication. He does not over-medicate like many health professionals and is meticulous in changes as not to overload or underload. He seems dedicated to finding ways we can live our lives better. Every time I have had a crisis and needed to talk I have received a same-day call back to answer my questions and sometimes make emergency medication changes. I had an appointment scheduled through Kaiser with this location. First, they canceled my original appointment, the day of, then rescheduled me on Labor Day. I dialed in at my scheduled time, waited 15 minutes as I was reading my emails. Finally, I hung up and was told that the Dr. was running behind. The office attendant, then communicated that the Dr. would call me in 10 min, I waited 30, no call, so I called back again. Calling back, took 2 calls, no answer the two previous calls. Dr. Harbans S. Multani was the most compassionate, professional, efficient, caring, concerned, knowledgeable psychiatrist I've ever been to in my life. He asks relevant questions and really pays attention and listens to the answers. He never treated me bad in any way. He also never over medicated me. He always listened to my mom when she would explain to him symptoms I was exhibiting and prescribe me the recommended targeted dose for my illness.
