I had a cortisone shot with Dr. Haifeng, and it was honestly one of the strangest and an upsetting medical experiences I’ve ever had. Do not go to this doctor. I went to him with a torn ACL and was told that PRP injections would fix it and that I could safely return to sports. This information was completely wrong. I received PRP injections in my knee and was told the procedure would not be painful — that was a lie. It was extremely painful. I trusted his advice, returned to activity, and ended up further injuring my knee, including damaging my meniscus.
