The worst appointment I've ever had for my son. My son is autistic so it's hard for him to stay still and is always moving around. Dr came in the room and right off the bat just said "so what's wrong with him" and I was trying to explain and hold my son and the same time and he kept saying so what's wrong? I saw Dr. Habbestad on two separate occasions that were about 15 years apart, which is telling. The first time, he corrected a a misdiagnosis and helped us get going in the right direction toward an accurate diagnosis and more effective treatment. His confidence, attentiveness and no-nonsense approach left an impression on me. Many years later I lost hearing in one ear and returned to him. His treatment had me back at 100% within a week. Excellent ENT specialist.

After hearing how my mother was treated at this facility, I have to advise everyone to seek another healthcare professional other than him. I tried to write a lengthy review but did not have enough characters. In summary, the doctor and entire staff are rude, condescending, subordinating, inpatient and inconsiderate to the point my mother called her insurance to verify if she has good insurance because of the way she was treated. They don't call if the doctor is not going to show up for his appt
