I usually am not the parent who leaves reviews. But this place is awesome .From the employees to the doctor . My children felt safe with the great environment. When anyone of my kids needed any treatment the team made them calm and talked the entire process to get their Mind off what ever needed to be done I’m sad to be on my last (3rd) child in this pedi dentist. I’m always kept up to date on my copays.
My kids had been going to this office for 5+ years, but after today, we will not be going back and switching dentist. Their appointments were at 3:30pm for cleaning, I realized I might be late, so I called the office at 3pm to inform them, and they told me they have a 10 mins grace period so I said ok, I should be there by 340pm. I had to do pick ups from 2 schools and traffic was bad so I arrived at 3:43pm. I checked in with the receptionist, and she said she would check with staff (hygienist / dentist) if it was ok. My daughter has been going to Dr. Thai for about 9 years! She’s a great Pediatric Dentist and has an excellent staff. I highly recommend her services!
