Dr. Vallabhaneni is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He takes time with his patients, listening to their concerns, and works to find the best solutions. My mother was experiencing dizziness and confusion on Dec. 23. He arranged his schedule to see her on that day, had us get lab work on that day, and personally called around to get her scheduled for an MRI on that day. I have been going to Dr. Zart since she delivered my first son 19 years ago. In fact, she saved his life! She always listens to my concerns and has helped me so much.
She is in a hurry to rush you out, does not listen to your concerns or needs, acted like she did not care.
Dr. Hofius is truly an amazing physician, one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of seeing! He thoroughly listens and cares about his patients! Hopefully, I expire before he does, so I never have to find another??
I've been seeing Dr. Hofius for a couple of decades now. He is the best doctor around, although everyone at the practice is great. He's a good listener, doesn't judge, and is extremely calming and reassuring.
Dr. Modarelli LISTENS. He is a rare breed - He doesn't have 'assumptions and conclusions' before he enters the room. He is the best doctor I've ever had or heard about.
Office staff sucks- Janelle in particular who answers phones and schedules appointments will never get you in when you have a serious issue like a kidney stone and says Dr. B is booked for 2 weeks. Later referred me to a urologist I saw one time (to pay triple my co-pay than I would have at their office) to be diagnosed with shingles!!! Janelle needs to know her role and stop dismissing patients. She is not a medical expert- she answers phones & schedules appointments… period! Dr. Buchanan is a great doctor, very friendly, thorough and down to earth. I would highly recommend her, especially if you're a mom and scheduling a visit for a younger teen for the first time.
