Got an appointment in 24 hours, the office staff was very nice, concerned, accomadating.. Dr Haas was very attentive to my issues, heard all I had to say without being rushed, Dr. Haas has an award in hes office as one of America's most compassionate Doctors , by my experience I would say she is America's most compassionate Doctor ,,You will feel very well cared for in this office , If you need a a primary care Doctor in Cleveland, Dr Hass is it
Dr Haas and her staff are amazing, she is Veteran friendly and attentive to needs of Veterans. I love this doctor and her staff. To the point that I drive from Columbus to see her.
I got an appointment same day as I was not feeling well, The office staff is so nice and accomadating. Dr.Hass and her staff are so compassionate and caring, listened to my concerns. The visit was not rushed ,got all the time I needed to have my concerns addressed,and I truly felt I got the best care. I would reccomend Dr.Hass if you want a true caring Doctor and a professional staff

As a disabled veteran, Dr. Haas has been extremely Helpful with all the challenges I’ve had to go through at work. She is always able to and eager to help and assist in anyway she can. She is very veteran friendly.
