I have been a patient of Dr Haas’s for many years. She is always very thorough, and listens to what I am talking about. She has actually saved my life twice by referring me to an awesome heart doctor She is always patient, kind and compassionate.
GREAT Doctor My wife Emily was rushed to Lake West with a full cardiac arrest, within a very short time he did a heart catherization on her and put a stent in her as she has 100% blockage in what they call the window maker artery. He said thank god the other one was clear. He saved my wife s life and i am SO EVER GRATEFUL to him. He even followed up after she was moved to University 7th floor cardiac unit ( per his call) which by him doing so helped her to a slow but road of recovery . We need more people like him around. During my visit, Patricia was very disrespectful. Instead of helping me with my health issues, she decided to intimidate me and make me feel like I was inferior to her. I will be changing providers and I would NOT RECOMMEND!
I was seen by Dr. Haas as a new patient just yesterday and was immediately impressed by her ability to deploy an amazing bedside manner to perform a thorough exam and to ask meaningful and precise questions. I highly recommend her if you are looking for an excellent general practitioner.
This doctor spent most of the time looking at her computer and not at Me. It was like she was in an isolated bubble oblivious to the time ticking. I would wait so long for her....one time an hour long. I was just about to leave. I found her not helpful and I'm glad she left the clinic. Some people are not meant to be doctors.
I was referred to her and another doctor for a follow up after being given hypertension meds at the ER. Guess I picked the wrong doc. She was judgemental, wanted me off legal, prescribed substances I've been on for a long time, and didn't even address the issue I was there for. Spoke to me, a college educated, well spoken adult, like a child. Basically, wasted my whole morning. And her incredibly unprofessional receptionist called me honey 20 times in 3 minutes.

Got an appointment in 24 hours, the office staff was very nice, concerned, accomadating.. Dr Haas was very attentive to my issues, heard all I had to say without being rushed, Dr. Haas has an award in hes office as one of America's most compassionate Doctors , by my experience I would say she is America's most compassionate Doctor ,,You will feel very well cared for in this office , If you need a a primary care Doctor in Cleveland, Dr Hass is it
Dr. Raj Vallabhaneni is undoubtedly one of the best human beings I have ever met in my life. Not only is he a man of experience and who knows perfectly what he does, he is also a man who understands his patients. We need more doctors like him, who care about the well-being of their patients. God blees him! The front desk was very kind, I really appreciate the effort they put into us as patients.
