The worst scam dentist ever. Tells you that you need all this work and it’s all a money scam. Do your homework before going or just avoid at all cost. I give him zero stars.
I was a patient of Dr Guy Phillips for several years. He’d referred me for a root canal, and had completed a crown and other fillings for me. His hygienist had started me on deep gum cleanings, to be repeated every few months, because my gums were in such bad shape. He had a gentle hand, but the office consistently ran late and my schedule doesn’t allow for that so I had to look elsewhere. Called to confirm my appointment for Monday on Thursday and I informed the receptionist that I was not permitted to leave work and I needed to cancel. The receptionist told me I needed to “figure out how to take the time off from work” or I would be charged $150 for cancellation. I asked why 48 hours wasn’t enough time to cancel and she said because they are closed on Friday. I just over Dr Phillips and the entire staff.he's very conservative and always does only work that's needed.
Terrible Dental practice. Avoid. X-ray always breaking, cleaning not good, losing paper work, etc. brought wife in and they BROKE two of her teeth during cleaning. Took 2 hours to get X-Rays due to old equipment, uncomfortable torture. Will hardly even see Dentist, mostly everything done by Hygienist.
dr phillips is a real good dentist and the staff is great too.
Excellent dentist! Office staff is always helpful and courteous. Wait time is usually pretty quick as well.
