Very rude staff & they even kept my dentures & said that I was given them back (Candy)- and she's very unprofessional the worst place to go if u need a Dentist!!

Finding a highly skilled and caring dentist is a stressful task. Many dentists are preoccupied with presenting expensive dental plans that have multiple phases. By far the rudest office staff ever! Not only was the front office staff rude but their Manager was just as rude! Horrible experience.!!

i wasn't please at all. The staff was not friendly. The equipment was VERY OLD nasty looking. Dr never said out come of any cavities or what i need it after examination. STAY AWAY

Office staff is a joke. They move like snails. They were not even there for my 8:00 appointment. I gave my insurance info to the office over a week ago and they claim they never got it. Usually a provider gets your insurance all verified before your appointment. These people do that when you sign in. It was going on 8:15 and I was still waiting to get my teeth cleaned. The office staff was very friendly and helpful in determining if my dental savings plan was accepted. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Dr. Phillips and his hygienist were both friendly. I waited only five minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen.

Rude office manager. Will call to confirm appointments 24 hours in advance but will charge a cancellation fee if you ask to reschedule during this call as cancellation requires 48 hrs notice. Unreasonable and no flexibility. Choose another dentistry.

Lack of transparency, questionable practices. They failed to provide a written proposed treatment plans citing they "don't do that." They failed to disclose detail on all claims and bills citing they "don't do that." They charge for services they fail to get pre-authorized from insurance. Make an appointment with the dentist for an adjustment and the front office head is the attending!!! Where is the DDS?
