I would like to thank Doctor Jeffrey Gutman for discovering my tumor cancer in my kidney. It has been there for years and was only discovered by him. I would have lost my whole kidney. He called me right away, talk to my primary doctor and the surgeon who would do the surgery. The outcome would have bee really bad if this would not have been discovered. Again, thank you doctor from the bottom of my heart.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Gutman. I got to choose the date of my surgery. I had the biggest tumor Dr. Gutman had ever encountered in 32 years as a surgeon. I had no difficulty in recovery not needing any of the pain pills provided at discharge. He got the whole tumor as all my labs normalized after surgery

I've had two recent hernia surgeries (umbilical, hiatal) and gall bladder surgery. He got me in very quickly explained thoroughly what he planned to do. I didn't even know a "fix" was available for hiatal hernia since no gastroenterologist would discuss it with me. I must admit the recovery was difficult but not because of anything Dr Gutman did and after I recovered months later I have lost 55lbs and feel great. Dr Gutman is my first and only choice. He is a nice man and speaks to you in a humane and concerned way.

I had 5 major surgeries due to complications of gall bladder removal. Gutman was in the ER when I arrived. I had no choice of the doctor. Under morphine, he asked me what I would like to do. What?? My husband was waiting and the doctor didn’t bother to discuss this with him. In the end, I was borderline septic and on antibiotics for 7 days, 24 hrs.

In short, I am a very recent patient of Dr. Jeffrey Gutman and I would not recommend him, nor will I ever use Doctor Jeffrey Gutman again for anything. If you would like to know why, please read on… Double Inguinal Hernia repair surgery preformed recently, did not go well at all. Dr. Gutman spent only about 10 minutes doing the entire surgery and beat me up with little care of outcome in the process. I suffered fairly extensive internal bleeding and a great deal of unexpected pain and swelling.

Yes, they always put customers first Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this surgeon seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes
