I found Dr. Marwah to be very knowledgeable in her field. She really listened to what I had to say and had some very good recommendations. I am doing alot better thanks to Dr. Marwah.

Heartless, unprofessional and should NOT work w/ the mentally ill. I have a friend w/ aggressive breast cancer. I needed an excuse for jury duty. She refused. She told me in so many words to suck it up. I got up and left- I didn't yell. I simply told her I had to go. I later received a certified letter telling me she was no longer my DR. due to my rudeness(?) I have since filed a complaint against her w/ the ins. co. & am seeing someone else who did write me a note.

I believe that Dr Marwah is extremely cold toward her patients. She does not pay attention, nor does she seem to care. My sessions with her lasted not 10 minutes, and she was constantly late in helping me. I would notice that she and the secretary would be chatting, while my appointment time has long passed. VERY unprofessional. She makes it seem as though she can tell what is wrong, and how the medication is affecting you after spending just a couple minutes asking how your day (that particular day only) went. As far as med... read more

I feel that Dr. Marwah cannot relate to the average person. Her bedside manner is cold, insensitive and uncaring. Her sessions with me lasted between 5 and 15 minutes and she was abrupt and short. She did not seem personally concerned about my situation, i felt like it is a get them in and out type of set up. She is usually running at least 30 to 45 minutes behind schedule with no lack of patients time in the waiting room. I had a horrible feeling on a new medication and stopped it after a few days and she got agitated and u... read more

Dr. Marwah is tough, but fair. Visits are short and to the point but I don't get the impression that she doesn't care about her patients. Quite the opposite- she has provided me with great care over the past three years. And her office staff has always been competent and friendly towards me.

Insensitive, punctuality is problematic. I suffered through 2 yrs. Rude staff members were defended by her instead of "so sorry you had that experience", and SERIOUSLY, charging a phone consult fee for speaking to the doctor on the phone for over 5 mins? SERIOUSLY? I don't know about her booksmarts, but her bedside manner sucks. I don't understand how u can have this kind of environment when you are treating mental illness.

Dr. Marwah has been very good to me. She is knowledgeable how to treat the common but difficult to treat condition of insomnia, and has been able to keep my medication to a minimum, with a minimum of side effects. She is also a sympathetic listener who is non-intimidating. I would recommend Dr. Marwah to others, and have recommended her to family members.

Dr. Marwah is knowledgeable, but I think she is limited in her English language skills and some cultural differences. At least 50% of my appointments with her began at least 30 minutes late. I ended up transferring my care to another doctor.

While scientifically competent, I will not return to Dr. Marwah. I proactively asked specific billing and insurance questions at each visit, and was assured by both the doctor and her admin. that there were no problems. They also gave me some blatantly wrong answers. Well, there actually WERE problems, for which Dr. Marwah accepted no accountability whenever I discussed it with her. As a result I went 6 months without treatment and meds because I was out of benefits, and her office threatened to turn me over to collections f... read more
