We were resigned to this office because previous dental office stopped accepting our plan. Khalsa scheduled an appt. for my child to get a cleaning too early so the insurance wouldn't cover the visit...all of that is understood but this doctor claims a phone call was made to one of our numbers. We all checked our numbers and found no voice mail to that effect so my parents drove all the way out there for nothing.
