Very professional and easy to talk to!
Waiting time was not very long. Nurse Juanita, was very good especially in the taking of blood. Doctor was friendly, professional and thorough as always.
Doctor was not available, only the PA for a wellness visit. She had bloodwork and a number of tests done based on the required questionnaire that I completed as a new patient. About 2 weeks later, I was surprised by a $1600 medical bill for the tests. It took months with the insurance to get it resolved due to the numerous paperwork errors in what was submitted from the doctor's office to the insurance company. I've been a patient of Dr. Santos for over 13-15yrs. He and his office are truly the best. Appointments are always on time and their level of care is exceptional. The staff is very professional and friendly. I love my doctor's office!

Good Evening. Today was my first experience with Dr. Santos. This is my personal experience. My appt. was for 120pm. By 135pm I was ushered in by Medical Assistant Yolle F.
