Dr Bongers is extremely disrespectful. He did not listen or even look at my symptoms instead he joked about it and didn’t treat the problem. I am done with his ego and lack of caring. Will be finding a new doctor.

Horrible! I made an appt. for a physical. I showed up 20 minutes early for paperwork, and the receptionist told me that I was supposed to have a packet filled out the size of the phone directory, which included medical history, family history. Although I was a brand new patient, the clinic already had that info from my previous doctor who had left the practice to relocate to another city. No one ever gave me a packet or said there was even such a thing as a packet. I had already fasted for a day and a half, and took off work... read more
Love Dr. Carro he takes great care of my entire family! Dr. Carro keeps the most up to date medical research along with knowing his patients and their history. Even responds to text messages on the weekends. Never want to change doctors.

The two nurses on staff are great. The receptionist on the other hand seems to be somewhat sour, could be so much more pleasant to the patients.
