Dr. Schenk is one of best physicians I have ever been treated by. He is highly intelligent and thorough with his explanations of diagnosis and procedures. He is compassionate and empathetic in every encounter I have had with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing urological treatment. I am a retired pharmacist and have interacted with several doctors over a 45 year career in retail pharmacy.

My PCP referred me to Dr. Lailas on 10/28/19. Dr. Lailas' earliest available appointment for me was 1/2/20, which he cancelled requesting a reschedule shortly before the date. Rescheduled appointment for 3/19/20 was also cancelled by Dr. Lailas requesting a reschedule. Rescheduled appointment for 4/16/20 was yet again cancelled by Dr. Lailas. He was amazing with my little girl. We came in during COV-19 and she really wasn’t enjoying the mask (felt suffocated). He spent the time to talk to her about the mask. He then let her watch the “experiment” while they looked at her urinalysis and explained everything. I know he had more time than his usual but I can see that he has a good heart and cares about his patients. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt he deserved one.

2nd visit with this doctor where we waited over 45 minutes past the appointment time to even see the doctor or be brought back to a room to see a nurse. The staff needs to learn how to schedule or the dr needs to learn how to be on time. Not sure where the breakdown is but it is unacceptable.
Dr. Lailas did 2 procedures on me. A seed implant procedure for my elevated PSA and a kidney procedure for a cancer cyst on my kidney. I would trust Dr. Lailas with my life.
Dr. Lailas and his team were amazing. I had such peace and trust going into my surgery. I was prepared well by Dr. Lailas on what to expect and his follow-up was wonderful. I owe him my life!
