Dr. Schenck is an excellent and caring doctor. The office staff, however, is careless in scheduling appointments and notifying the patient. On more than one occasion, I've heard patients complaining that they drove miles for an appointment only to find that the office staff got it wrong. And it's happened to me at least three times. And when you point out they wave it off, as if your wasted time is insignificant.

Recurrence of cancer in patient that Dr. Lailas treated for cancer and absolutely NO word or return phone calls for several days. Unacceptable and frankly inhumane. A "compassionate" doctor would contact his patient within 24 hours to discuss options, not ignore multiple requests for him to look at test results and follow up with front office and his own nurse promising to contact the patient yet NOT doing so. If you have cancer - this is not the doctor for you.

Amazing. One of the most caring physicians i have ever seen in addition to being a highly qualified and trained professional. Nobody wants kidney stones but when you have them you want Dr. Schenk.

Surgery went well hopefully I guess I’ll know more soon but Dr sent my prescription to a pharmacy 45 minutes from the one I requested. After his office tried reaching him several times he said it’s my fault and wouldn’t change script. Made my wife drive all that way after we asked all morning for it to be changed.
Dr. Schenk is one of best physicians I have ever been treated by. He is highly intelligent and thorough with his explanations of diagnosis and procedures. He is compassionate and empathetic in every encounter I have had with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing urological treatment. I am a retired pharmacist and have interacted with several doctors over a 45 year career in retail pharmacy.
