I experience at this office has been horrific especially as I live in the Imperial Valley. Dr. Mack comes here on Wednesdays and his staff over books him. I took off time from work to go to an appointment and there were still several people ahead of me by the time my appointment came around and I had to walk away without even seeing the doctor. I actually had to take a whole day off just to make an appointment with him the next time. The And take tech was very rude.
