I was transferred to Dr. Ball when the pain management doctor I had been seeing for many years was forced to retire due to medical issues. I have numerous conditions causing extreme pain if not treated by pain management. My previous doctor understood and, quite aware of all my issues, interacted with my family and me unusually well. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Yes, they were able to answer my questions How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison!
Love This Dr. Ball! He is the Best Pain Management Dr. Around!!!! He is so Sweet! Cares about You and wants to make sure you are taken care of! He has an Amazing Staff as well! I would Reccommend him to Anyone who has Chronic Pain! A++++++++++

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me
