My visit on 4/28/21 was with Dr. Horner’s Nurse Practitioner. She was very courteous and very helpful. She listened to my concerns and made great recommendations.
No. My experience was horrific. I went for a PRP treatment and they didn’t wear gloves when they tried to take my blood. 3 people including the doctor tried to take my blood, wiithout gloves! They poked me several times without actually drawing blood. I freaked out and had to leave, never getting the treatment! I will never go back or recommend this practice to anyone.
Dr. Horner is an excellent and caring physician. He is personable and kind, with a very welcoming bedside manner. Even though I no longer live in the East Bay, I still travel to see him when I need a top-notch orthopedist - he's that good!
Very competent and explains in layman terms very well.
My visit was with his DO. I didn’t see him at all. Although surprised that he didn’t step into the room. I was pleased with my visit with her once again. She was very knowledgeable of my injury and I appreciated her taking the time to figure out some treatments for me.
Phone wait times to schedule an appointment were long Otherwise a positive experience start to finish. Office folks were friendly &courteous. Office was very clean. Dr was efficient
