The staff are ALL amazing. Simone, Dr. Hanson's assistant is very professional while being interested in you the patient and is able to put an anxious person at ease considering whatever procedures you are facing. She was gentle with the worst parts, numbing the area. She is down to earth and helps the patient to feel much more relaxed and less anxious. Once she done that I felt none of the rest. Exactly what I needed. He took time to listen to my concerns and diagnose my problem. He made eye contact with me and explained the steps we needed to take to facilitate my healing. One week has passed and the results have been very satisfactory. I would absolutely recommend him to my family members and friends.
