Saw him for a newborn baby girl first visit, he explained everything so well. Being a first time mom, once discharge I felt so lost. Dr Jochems brought comfort and assurance.
I went to 5 different pediatricians before I found Dr Jochems. Most of them wanted to tell me my 2 week old was 'colicky' and send us home to 'cry it out.' After extensive research, I determined my daughter has silent reflux. At our first visit, he took the time to listen to all of my concerns, all symptoms and dose her appropriately with medications (there is a problem in pediatrics in general with underdosing of reflux meds). I have a happy baby now! He and his team provide stellar care.
