He is a friendly person who I feel comfortable with. He is taking excellent care of my eyes for me.
I went to see him about treatment for dry eyes and a prescription for glasses. I sat in the examining room for over an hour. All he did was tell me that it part of aging and I needed to take fish oil and use eye drops. He didn't even listen to what I was telling him. I finally got mad and told him to just give me my prescription then he proceeded to tell me what I should be able to see. I finally got mad and told him to just give me the prescription. I left in tears
Told me I had cataracts and needed surgery for me to see again. I did not keep the appointment for the surgery I went and had a second exam got glasses and I’m doing fine. Scary thought that someone would actually tell me I need surgery when I don’t have cataracts at all. Shame on him!
Chose Dr. Bertucci for PRK procedure. Excellent bedside manner. Took the time to explain the procedure and genuinely cared for my well-being and happiness. Few doctors like this anymore.
