Dr Disick has great bed side manner, always answers my questions, and takes me to his office for private discussions. He and his staff are courteous and timely. I greatly appreciate their efforts and respect!!!
Rude and arrogant nurse had a cup of water in my hands she comes out to bring me in and starts yelling at me like a crazy person because I have a cup of water in my hands screaming at me because I couldn't bring the water in looking for a trash bag still yelling at me
I liked Dr. Disick and he was thorough and nice in person. I am frustrated with his insurance and billing staff though. When someone comes in, insurance is always supposed to be discussed re: anything going towards deductible, etc. I was NOT informed that my procedure would not be included in the specialist fee and I would be paying out of pocket bc it went towards deductible. I would NOT have had that procedure done at that time. When I called and spoke with Kay in billing, she told me it was my fault because I should have ... read more
I am so grateful to have found Dr. Disick and his office staff for my husband. Dr. Disick is fabulous! He cares about his patients.
I have been a patient of Dr. Disick for a while now. I believe in a patient/ Dr relationship with good communication and trust. Dr. Disick and Madeleline Kelly at the front desk have ALWAYS been there for me. Dr. Disick and staff are TOP NOTCH! When a doctor listens and pays attention to his patients, you've struck gold! I can recommend this Dr. highly. Extremely satisfied with the service received. Very pro, performs procedures quickly then explains findings and options at the patients level of understanding. Surrounds himself with efficient staff. Does not oversell, tells it like it is.
Dr. Disick is a great urologist. Very thorough. Asks the right questions and his staff is great as well. If you need a urologist I highly recommend Dr Disick.
I have been going to Dr. Disick for over 8 years for several conditions including kidney stones. He has always been very thorough and patient. When I was rushed to the hospital for kidney stoensd the first time he was ther in a matter of minutes.
My primary referred me to Dr. Disick. He told me I would love him , like everyone did. He was correct. He diagnosed my kidney stone, recommended the best surgery and performed it. I was 100% satisfied . I get very nervous in general with new doctors and he picked up on that and made me feel at ease right away. I highly recommend him for his manner, knowledge and skills.
