Dr. Reed was very informative and sincere when it came to my first appointment , his staff is very friendly and definitely worked very hard to take care of my referrals and future appointment’s , I would definitely recommend Dr. Reed to anyone that needs a caring professional , I recently switched from Kaiser to United Healthcare and I’m wondering why I didn’t do it sooner , Kaiser treated me like a number and was more concerned about there interests than what was best for the patient. I’ve been a patient of Dr Reed for 6 years. He takes time to to explain my medical issues. I never feel rushed. The office staff is knowledgeable and friendly

After reading the reviews, my husband and I had great hopes and made appointments with Dr. Reed. Our appointments were scheduled on different days. His office has a strange policy of the patient calling the office the day before to confirm their own appointment. I followed this requirement exactly for both my husband's and my appointments. Then, abruptly, on 2 separate occasions, the appointments were cancelled by the office. No one called to reschedule either (not that we would have anyway) Buyer beware!
