Dr. Bates and his staff were amazing! He had a wonderful bedside manner and made me feel confident in his knowledge. I would definitely go back to him if ever in the need of their services.
If you call this office and expect someone to call you back ...don't hold your breath. I was told they would call me 4 times in a 3 week period and the only time I got a return call was when I left a message complaining that they don't call back. I was told Dr bates is super busy and it takes time to get an answer form him. I was also told by his nurse he is rarely in clinic due to other obligations being the head of his department. Experience it for yourself... I used to see two of his colleagues. They were wonderful, but are not practicing there anymore. There aren’t many physicians there anymore. The entire staff seems to be totally different! He is knowlegable, but not good at patient care. This is essential when dealing with fertility patients. Communication is essential!
