I’ve been going to the UAB REI Clinic since 2015. It’s changed so much. I decided to stay when my original doctor left (she was AMAZING!), because my embryos were there. All the staff is new and I don’t think Dr Bates should see patients. He needs to stick to research/meetings/acedemics. They are disorganized and lack communication. After struggling with several issues for years and being told I myself was the problem by 3 different obgy's I found Dr.Bates. He was wonderful. He was kind and listened to what I had to say. Now I have finally received a proper diagnosis of pcos and proper treatment. Without going into to much of my personal information I will tell you at 33 years old I am happy and healthy thanks to Dr.Bates.
