Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Definitely not. They act like my child isn't even there Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Does this provider remember you by name? Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, they had a "sick" and "well" area Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Their bedside manner was OK, but my child doesn't care for them Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous!

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here.

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment and didn't keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The office was very easy to locate; I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were kind of kid friendly, but for a pediatrician I expected more. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care.
