Not good. Doesn't believe me about my pain. I'm guessing partly due to the fact that he never examined me. He says there's nothing wrong..all very benign. Wouldn't prescribe the right dose of meds, wanted me to come in for an office visit every 30 days (money) when he could have given me 2 separate scripts postdated. I have 60 degree scoliosis and as a result, my si joints are dislocated pulling on the nerve trunk, but nope. I'm wrong. I'm done with him. another doctor diagnosed it in10min
I was treated very bad by this individual & this was my 2nd visit. He threw a tantrum, told me he didn't want to hear what i had to say because i didnt want his Boston implant inside me. I have PTSD as well as severe chronic pain & he had me so freaked out with his behavior that im afraid to go to my appt next month. He shouldnt be in this profession if he doesnt care what patients have to say. Very disappointed & afraid.
I had a 10:30 appt and he saw me at 12:10. Dr. Feather did not review my file and immediately said You don't need any medication. I asked for another MRI. He again said, You don't need any medication. I then said he needs to send me to hospice if he takes my medication away. He then called the police, ambulance, and fire truck as he claimed I was threatening to commit suicide. I was transferred to the hospital, they saw my file, and let me go home. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
ripped me for coming to him.. demanding me to get off my pain meds and he demand i have electrodes and pain pump place in me...bad manners.. could care less about patients. gave me 2 disc..about the items.. never checked me over at all.. just treated like dirt.. expects everybody be implanted with these over priced items that can cause you to be paralized .. or stop working in which you will be the one paying the tap for each time they have to go in and fit it. adviced run away an don't bother
Unfortunately not everyone can afford a $10k surgery, and not everyone has great insurance. Telling me pain management is a temporary fix is obvious, refusing to provide relief until I can afford it shows a complete lack of compassion. 5 minutes with doctor and $150 later I'm no better off than when I started. For what it's worth nurses and office staff were great, doctor Feather should take a lesson in compassion from them.
Dr feather was very understanding of my issues and immediately had a treatment plan. I've been treating for awhile and am much improved. I'm so happy to be able to do things again. Everyone there is helpful and very friendly. I'm so glad I have a part of my life back and can enjoy doing things with my family.
