The doctors are great, but the front office is incompetent. Children playing business. If you think your health insurance provider is a nightmare to deal with, avoid these people like the plague.
I took my daughter here in hope we can get some help. But they have a unprofessional front staff. Also there was not much guidance received. So we're just lost in the process. I am not happy at all and seeking another office.
She never greets and is ruthless,and thinks that I don't have any genuine feelings Inspite of me saying that abilify works good on me ,She did not listen,she kept telling me lamictal is for most patients ,which is a over generalization!!Lamictal worked so bad on me..I am seeing her for 2years I somehow had no good feeling on from the beginning and I waited this long because I did not want to judge her!therapists outside her clinic are not valued by her.Most of all she does not keep up her words!

My son Jon never could leave his room for 3 years never trusted any doctors, until I heard aboutDr. ZARRABI, when I told my son that I found one of the best psychiatrist that he needs to see here. Of course he refused but I didn't give up. Even though I never thought he could help. It's been almost 6 months now my son is playing music involved in church leaving his room with NO FEAR......... I would highly recommend anyone that needs psychiatric help PLEASE go see dr ZARRABI.
Dr. Zarrabi is very kind and easy to talk to. She listens and really understands me. She helped me get through a really rough time in my life. I got divorced last year and seeing a psychiatrist really helped. She referred me to a therapist and guided me with medication.
