Where do I begin? Rude office staff, rude and unhelpful PA and nurses. They can't be bothered to answer the phone or return calls from patients. They consistently over-billed my insurance. How this place is still open is a real mystery. Just do everyone a favor and close your doors. TERRIBLE

Truly sad when you come to an appointment and except the PA to know why you are there. The lack of communication in this office is terrible and irresponsible. If you are looking for a Dr to just prescribe medicine - you are in right place. If you are looking for a Dr/ PA to manage your health, be up to date with treatments through diet, gut health and work with other specialties Drs for a healthy you - wrong place! I left Dr. Karen Giardino because she passed me off to her sister, Susan Giardino, who’s a nurse there. Susan has no bedside manner and gaslit me stating there is nothing wrong with me despite Dr. Karen diagnosing me with Hashimoto’s Disease, goiter, thyroid nodules, and hypothyroidism. I am a new patient of Dr. Karen Giardino's and I cannot say enough about her and her admins. She is so thorough, thoughtful and extremely kind on how she handles her patients. There is no judgement, and she explains everything as to what is going on and what the next steps are. I have already recommended her to my two sisters, two friends and nieces. I really like Dr. Giardino a lot! I just do not have the time to deal with of the address changes, appointment issues, and pharmacy problems. It's nearly impossible to get a live person on the phone, and it won't be the same day. 'We will return your call within 24 to 48 hours...' What???? Even some pharmacies can't get through, so 'scripts get cancelled. I’ve been a patient for 15 years. The last 3 years of moving offices has been hectic. They don’t know what’s going on w their patients. Nobody answers the phones, staff is rude and dr Giardino as sister the NP should be out of a job! She was so rude and gaslighted me to the point I left in tears. I’m looking for a new doctor! I’ve been out of meds for 5 days but they won’t send a refill or answer my calls!

I have never been to a more abrasive, rude and uncaring doctor’s office in all of my MANY years! I tried to set up an appointment on the phone. I was on hold for over an hour before being cut off. Finally I got an appointment, and after waiting 3 months, I was told my appointment was cancelled because I was 10 mins late. I was 20 mins EARLY for my actual appointment, but 10 mins. late for the time allotted for paperwork. I can't believe Karen Giardino and her highly incompetent and incredibly rude staff are still "practicing" medicine. I thought they would've been run out of town by now! Do your poor patients and any future patients a favor and close down your disgraceful practice.

I decided to become a new patient due to my last endocrinologist leaving the area, so I had to start all over again and this was the only place that didn't have a waitlist. The Dr her self is kind and easy to talk to but I've only gotten to see her once in a 2 year span. I get stuck with her sister the NP. She is well dressed but poor mannered.
