HORRIBLE STAFF!!! You are better off going to the NYS health department for your medical over this place, You can also do as I did, you can file a complaint with the NYS Health Department against a doctor or his practice through the NYS Health Department. Have some proof of your complaint, as I did, my phone always records calls in or out, It was agreed after I played my call with the office staff that not only was I talked down to I I was also aggressively discriminated against!!!
