Each time you visit it's at least a 45 minute wait time to see the doctor. It's like they have no respect for your time but expect you to show up on time to the appointment. If you can't keep up with the appointments maybe you should schedule 15 minutes between each patient instead of scheduling back to back to maximize profit. I moved from West Michigan and never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an appointment so it is doable.
My mom recommended her to me years ago. She always rubbed me the wrong way, but I decided to try her again. The last time I saw her, I felt very unheard. When I discussed my ADHD with her, she quickly brushed me off, saying that she didn’t believe in the medication. Then, she took a casual phone call from her daughter…. IN THE ROOM! I have seen Dr. Zafar for many years, I have a very complex medical history. I don't agree with the other reviews I have read. She is extremely focused and dedicated to her patients. She is thorough to the extreme and always works very hard to find the root cause of every problem. If your looking for a best friend, you don't need a doctor, if you need someone who can help you be your best healthy self, make an appointment. She's amazing..... I and my life are a testament to her excellent care.
